- All items are BRAND NEW and are covered by their respective manufacturers warranty, if applicable.
- We are not responsible for typographical errors or changes in manufacturing specifications.

- All orders delivered within the state of Missouri are subject to State Sales Tax.
U.S. SHIPPING & AVAILABILITY:
- We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100 and a flat rate $7 for orders under $100. Lower 48 states only. AK, HI & PR shipments are calculated on weight. Please contact us for a quote prior to ordering.
- All UPS shipments are tracked for delivery; all USPS shipments include Delivery Confirmation.
- Orders will only be processed and shipped once payment is received and cleared.
- All UPS shipments MUST be delivered to a physical address, they will not deliver to a PO Box.
- Tracking or Delivery Confirmation numbers will be sent by email once the item is shipped.
- INSURANCE IS OPTIONAL for items shipped within the United States. The option to purchase insurance will be available at checkout. We are not responsible for packages once they ship, nor are we responsible for any shipping damage or lost packages, but we will help our customers in a claim with the shipping company if necessary (if insurance was purchased).
- Most items usually ship within 1-3 business days with the Standard Free Shipping.

- All UPS and USPS shipments include Delivery Confirmation to the customs agency of your country. Tracking information may not be available after that point.
- INSURANCE IS INCLUDED for all items shipped outside the United States and will help our customers in a claim with the shipping company if necessary.
- Deliveries through USPS usually arrive within 10 days AFTER SHIPMENT, but can take up to 30 days. USPS does not allow investigations into undelivered packages until after 30 days after shipment. If 30 days has past and the package has not been delivered, USPS will investigate. The speed of the next process depends on the the country you reside and can take an additional 60 days. Any claims from damage or lost packages must wait for the shipping company to finish their respective investigations. Any refunds or money paid comes directly from the shipping company, not LeClare Powersports. This can be a very long process, but we do not have any control over it.
- International items usually ship within 3-5 business days.
- International shipping charges are calculated based on weight. Please contact us for a quote prior to ordering.
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS:
- Please allow us time to answer your emails before taking further action. Emails are responded to in the order which they have been received and are usually answered within 24 BUSINESS hours.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for processing of exchanges.
- Absolutely no returns or exchanges on electronics or batteries (please contact us concerning battery warranties).
- We are not liable for shipments made to us. We recommend that our customers use a trackable shipping method such as UPS, Federal Express or the U.S. Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation. Original packing is preferred and full insurance is recommended. The RMA number that was issued to you should be clearly written on the top of the box and not covered by any labels.
- Items must be post marked within seven days of receipt of the RMA number or the item will not be accepted for return.
- Products must be in resalable condition in its original packaging with all original paperwork and/or accessories.
- Items tampered with or missing pieces will result in an immediate VOID of refund or replacement. The returned item will be inspected and tested before any action or refund is made to a buyer. Fraudulent claims will be denied a refund and access to any of our listings in the future will be blocked.
- The cost of shipping returns is the responsibility of the buyer.
- Refunds will be for the listing amount only, shipping amounts are non-refundable.
- If an item is found to be as stated in the auction or sale, the item will be sent back to the buyer at their cost. Payment for re-shipping MUST be paid before the item will be resent to the buyer. OR...
- If the problem is our responsibility as a seller, we will pay the cost of reshipping of the correct item as listed in the listing back to the buyer. OR...
- If an item is found to be as stated in the auction or sale but the buyer does not want the item, the buyer will receive a refund consisting of their purchase price LESS 20% restocking fee. Again, the shipping price is non-refundable.
- If cancellation of a sale is desired before the item ships, there will be a 10% cancellation fee.
- Exchanges: To exchange an item for the same item with a different size or color, buyer pays for return shipping of old item and shipping for new item plus a 5% exchange fee. If the exchange is an upgrade, buyer pays for return shipping of old item and shipping for new item plus price difference between the two items. If exchange is a downgrade, buyer pays for return shipping of old item and shipping for new item plus 10% exchange fee (and is credited the difference between the two items).
